Laura did a science fair experiment. She did a great job! And now I have lots of chopped onions in my freezer.

January Summary
Some more quick fun in January. We tried sushi rolls the size of a burrito - Yum!
I did a science experiment and made my own solid lotion bars. I'm not allergic to it and it doesn't explode in my purse! I used this basic recipe, but altered it. (1 oz each of: cocoa butter, beeswax, sweet almond oil, then two capsules of vitamin E and microwaved it to melt. When melted I added 15 drops of essential oil and poured it into mini muffin silicone molds.) I got the tins from Joanns and made my labels with the silhouette. We're loving them!
