Disneyland - Halloween 2010

We take enough trips to Disneyland that let me just cover the highlights! We learned that each of our girls is an "F". Laura is "Fearless". Sara is "Funky". And Eliza is "Friendly"

Laura was very excited to spend her birthday at Disneyland one last time. (The time of year is getting too crowded for our taste and we won't do this schedule again.) Her fearlessness came out rather seriously. She became tall enough for all the big rides and they were her favorite - particularly "Screamin'" and "Indiana Jones" She would've spent the entire time on big coasters were it not for her sisters. Or she could've spent it all onstage. She is fearless in front of people and loved performing in "Drawn to the Magic" and "HSM3".

We discovered that Sara is one funky chick! Her favorite things were Alice in Wonderland, Sally from Nightmare before Christmas and Captain EO (who is a girl, btw). She loved meeting characters - particularly Ariel and Sally - and watching all the fun shows/movies. The time with Grandmas and Grandpas was particularly awesome for her.

Eliza was friendly. She loved looking at everything - Small World, Dumbo, the carousels, Grandparents arms, and the Pixar Play Parade had the best views in her opinion. She waved to everyone and everything and was just charming.

Jason and I loved the new show World of Color. We enjoyed the space in our new hotel room. We reveled in having our parents with us. We ate amazing food - breakfast at Carnation Cafe was a new favorite. We were glad we came prepared for all kinds of weather because we had all kinds (100 degrees to 50 degrees and raining). I was grateful for Jason's strong stomach as the girls went on every spinning ride imaginable! Mostly, it was the snuggle time, play time and chatting time together that was so wonderful. When can we go back??

**The video features our three theme songs of the trip: The song from the new Tinkerbell movie that was watched constantly on the car ride, Captain EO music for Sara, and Laura's favorite song that she regaled us with at all times!
