Eliza at 5 Months

Oh my! Our last baby is 5 months old. This has gone MUCH too fast!!! She is just the joy of all our lives. She is a wonderfully fake baby still. Being so good natured, she just has us all wrapped around her tiny (but long) finger.
Eliza has become so interactive. She chats all the time (ahh...angel talk) and smiles readily.
Eliza's new, biggest change in life is solid foods. She loves them and we just can't shovel it in fast enough. One of the only times she whines is when there is a delay between bites. Her favorite is applesauce mush made with real applesauce that I process finer - with a little sugar. This is her cute little happy and full face.
Our favorite thing is her huge smile. She smiles with her whole body and without any reserve. Just like Mommy and Daddy, her eyes disappear when she smiles. Doesn't this smile just warm your heart?!
Eliza is growing so well. She is still in 3-6 month clothes, but she definitely is heavier and stouter. She is getting very interested in sitting and is close (keeps falling forwards only without recovery) to mastering the skill. She is great during tummy time and can really get that head up and will occasionally (accidentally) scoot forwards or backwards. Rolling over still seems to be elusive - yah, she does it on the slanty couch, but that so doesn't count. I think she is generally happy, so doesn't particularly care to change positions once she has been placed on her back or her tummy. She is such a content person. Eliza grabs for toys/people. But, mostly she just loves to watch and chill out.
Isn't she just so big and cute?! That bunny no longer looks ridiculously huge!
