Laura's Baptism

Laura's baptism was a rather large event. And we have a lot of busy family, so I sent the invites super early - a month ahead of time. I didn't get her pics taken for the announcements, I took them a week before, but they turned out lovely because Laura is lovely!
The highlights of the actual day were her singing "Today I Will Be Baptized", the beautiful blessing Jason gave to her and the videos I made of the kids for the interim.

Afterwards we had a lovely party at our home. I served 4 kinds of breads from Great Harvest with different butters, grapes, and water. (Thank you to my Mom who picked up the bread and prepped the grapes for me, Karyn who was a slicing fool, and Steph who made the signs for the buffet) It was easy and very well received. Everyone likes bread, right?! I also had the LONG version of Laura's video playing on our TV during the party.
Laura had so much support and love on her special day. Thank you to all of the friends and family who came out for her :) So much, that I made another slideshow of the event. Pictures are currently up on our photoshop site for download.
